FOR THE PURPOSE OF THIS DOCUMENT
The term CLIENT refers to you, the business, or the organization you are representing. The term COMPANY refers to Empress Business Solutions.
CLIENT will provide COMPANY with materials, information, and access to programs and files that are needed to successfully and efficiently complete the project the agreed-upon project goals. The CLIENT is expected to attend all meetings and respond to all email correspondence in a timely fashion. CLIENT is expected to trust the process created by the COMPANY and stay committed to the goals created and strategies developed.
Electronic payment(s) will be made by the CLIENT to COMPANY through the designated payment gateway in accordance with the established payment system and the agreed-upon payment intervals. COMPANY will be responsible for all expenses incurred while performing services under this AGREEMENT, except those expenses for services and work beyond the outlined STATEMENT OF WORK.
Independent Contractor Relationship
COMPANY’s relationship with the CLIENT will be that of an independent contractor, and nothing in this agreement should be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, or employer-employee relationship.
Mutual Confidentiality | Non-Disclosure
All conversations, ideas, concepts, information, materials, processes, data, programs, product know-how, improvements, discoveries, developments, designs, and trade secrets are protected and shall not be shared or disclosed by COMPANY to any external entities or persons without consent from CLIENT.

Termination of Agreement
Either PARTY has the right to terminate this agreement within three business days of signing this agreement. If the CLIENT wishes to terminate this agreement, they must do so with a written notice sent via email to email@example.com. If COMPANY wishes to terminate this agreement they will do so via email.
Due to the nature of services provided, payments made by the CLIENT are not refundable.
